Homemade Plain Yogurt

                                Elite energy clay pot rice cooker, pure milk, yogurt fungus powder are ready;

                                Pour the pure milk into the energy clay pot, then pour the yogurt fungus powder into it, stir evenly with clean, oil-free chopsticks, the fungus powder does not agglomerate;

                                Put the inner pot of the energy clay pot in the rice cooker;

                                Close the lid, turn on the power, and select the "yogurt" function. The default time is 8 hours. There will be a reminder when the time is up.                                 Tips: 
                                1. The brand of rice cooker is different, and the function is different. The Elite rice cooker I use has a special "yogurt" program, the default time is 8 hours, so it is very worry-free to make;
 2. Make yogurt easy to be oil-free; yogurt powder has multiple strains, but it must be stored in the refrigerator and melted directly in the milk when it is used, and it is enough to stir evenly;
 3. The freshly made yogurt is still being fermented. After being sealed, put it in the refrigerator and eat it. The taste is better; you can add jam, oatmeal or honey to add more flavor.
