Homemade Plain Yogurt

Prepare yogurt fungus powder. Take it out of the freezer and warm it up a bit.

Disinfect the container and dry it first, or blanch it with boiling water, just to avoid contamination of bacteria in the yogurt production process.

Pour 500ml of pure milk first, pour in the yogurt bacteria, and stir thoroughly with a water-free and oil-free spoon

Then pour the remaining two boxes of pure milk 500ml. Continue to stir evenly. Remember to stir and stir evenly.

Put the container into the yogurt machine and set the yogurt program. The time depends on the temperature and the summer setting time is shorter, 7-8 hours is good.
