Homemade Plum Wine
1.
After the glass bottles are washed, they are exposed to the sun for one day. Wash the green plum with green water, pick out the stalk, and then gently wipe off the water with a clean cloth. Be sure not to choose plums with wounds, and be careful not to pick out the broken skin when removing the stalks, otherwise the plum wine may become moldy!
2.
Divide both the plum and rock sugar into three portions. Put a layer of plums and a layer of rock sugar into a glass bottle.
3.
It's all installed.
4.
Gently pour the wine into the glass bottle filled with plums and rock sugar.
5.
Then the plum wine is ready. Gently rotate the glass bottle every day before the rock sugar is completely melted, so that the rock sugar is evenly distributed in the bottle.

This time I made two different kinds of wine, one brandy and one Japanese sake. You can drink delicious plum wine in half a year...
Tips:
I don't like plum wine that is too sweet, so I put 500g rock sugar. If you like sweet 1kg green plum, you can mix 500-800g rock sugar. After the plum wine is soaked, it needs to be stored in a cool place. It can be drunk in three months, and it is more mellow in more than half a year. After half a year, all the plums need to be taken out so that the wine can be stored for several years.
