Homemade Popcorn
1.
This is the popcorn bought in the supermarket, which is very cheap. These amounts are enough to burst several times.
2.
Wash the corn with clean water.
3.
Drain the water and wipe it clean with kitchen paper.
4.
After heating the pan, pour peanut oil, pour the corn kernels into the pan, then cover the pan and keep turning the pan with your hands. This step is relatively busy, so I didn't take pictures. Then you hear the corn in the pot banging and bursting. When there is no sound in the pan, open the lid, make a nest, pour in an appropriate amount of white sugar, and then use a spatula to turn the corn kernels so that each corn kernel is covered with sugar.
5.
Is it great to watch movies, read books, or chat at home on the weekends, with homemade popcorn with the fragrance of white flowers and flowers?
Tips:
1. The amount of peanut oil should be appropriate to ensure that each popcorn kernel can be stained a little. I have also tried butter. I don't like the strong aroma of butter. I think peanut oil or corn oil is better.
2. The thicker the pot, the more suitable for making popcorn. If the pot is thin, add corn kernels and turn on medium-high heat. If the pot is thick, add corn kernels to keep the heat still high.
3. When putting the white sugar, change the heat to low.
4. You can also take out the popcorn, stir-fry the white sugar on a low heat, and then add the popcorn.
5. Put less corn at a time, depending on the heated area at the bottom of the pot and the size of the pot.
6. The pots of each house are different, so you can explode several times and explore.
