Rice Candy
1.
Stir-fry black sesame seeds over low heat.

Sheng out and spare.
3.
Pour in white granulated sugar.
4.
Pour in maltose.
5.
Bring to a boil on medium heat and turn to low heat.

Heat until the sugar produces fine bubbles.
7.
Add butter and stir well.
8.
Pour in black sesame seeds and popcorn and stir well.
9.
Pour it onto a baking sheet lined with greased paper.
10.
Spread a layer of greased paper and lightly compact it.
11.
Take out the popcorn candy before allowing it to cool completely.
12.
Cut into pieces.
