Rice Candy

Prepare the ingredients, the rice flower is purchased from outside, and the walnuts are fried and cooked

Heat the wok, pour a small amount of vegetable oil, and then shake the wok so that the oil covers the bottom of the pan

Pour in sugar and water and stir well, boil the syrup on a low heat, and stir with chopsticks in the meantime

At first there will be big bubbles in the pot

Slowly the bubbles in the pot turn into dense small bubbles, turn off the heat when the sugar syrup turns light brown

Pour the popcorn quickly and mix well with a spatula, so that each popcorn is coated with syrup

Then quickly pour in raisins, chopped walnuts, and black sesame seeds

Stir well

Then pour the mixed ingredients into a non-stick mold (if you use a normal mold, it is best to coat the inner wall of the mold with a layer of oil, or spread with baking paper, which will make it easier to release) with a spatula, and set aside to cool thoroughly.
