Rice Candy

Pour vegetable oil into the pot, then shake the wok so that the oil covers the bottom of the pot, pour in brown sugar and water and stir well, boil the syrup on low heat, stir with a spatula to avoid simmering

Slowly the bubbles in the pot become dense small bubbles, turn off the heat when the syrup color changes to caramel color

Pour the rice flower into the pot

Mix well with a spatula to coat each grain of rice with syrup

Pour the well-mixed rice flower into the mold and compact it with a shovel, set aside to cool thoroughly

After cooling thoroughly, demould

Cut into small pieces with a knife
Tips:
1. When boiling the sugar, make sure to simmer it slowly;
2. Moulds with popcorn candy can be smeared with a little oil to facilitate demoulding.
