Homemade Red Bean Paste

Soak the red beans in water for more than 4 hours in advance.

Pour into the pot, add appropriate amount of hot water to boil, turn to low heat and boil until soft. If you like fine sand, you can use a blender to mix the red beans into puree.

Stir-fry the red bean paste over low heat until the water evaporates, then add sugar.

1. Red beans are easier to boil after soaking.
