Homemade Rice Candy

Sugar-free popcorn.

Sugar and honey.
3.
Prepared chopped walnuts.

Put a little water in the pot, add sugar and honey.

Boil with low heat.

Don't stir the pot slightly.

Boil the excess water out and make it sticky and delicate.

Pour the popcorn and chopped walnuts into the syrup.

Stir quickly evenly.

Pour the syrup-coated rice flower into a greased pan and flatten it by hand. (I rolled it gently with a rolling pin)
11.
Spread it out and pour it out and cut into pieces with a knife. (Must be cool)

Serve and enjoy.
Tips:
Be sure to pay attention to the heat when boiling the sugar, so as not to boil it.
The container of rice candy must be lightly oiled to facilitate demoulding.
