Homemade Strawberry Jam
1.
1. Choose plump, brightly-colored, seasonal strawberries, wash them, and control the moisture.
2.
Rock candy, it is best to be large, broken, if there is no big one, buy a small rock candy, also slightly broken.
3.
There should be no water and oil in the pan. Put the pan on a low heat, put the strawberries directly into the pan, and crush them one by one with a spoon.
4.
When some water comes out, add the crushed rock sugar, stir slowly with a spoon, and crush it.
5.
About 20 minutes or so, all the rock sugar melted and the strawberries became syrupy. After the fire was changed, the juice was quickly collected.
6.
Note: Strawberries can also be cut into pieces or broken up with a stuffing machine first, but this is not recommended because it will have a metallic taste. It is not recommended to use rock sugar powder.
