Soak the fresh and ripe strawberries in clean water for 5 minutes, then wash them to remove the green leaves on the top.
5.
Cut the strawberries into small pieces for making strawberry jam.
6.
Pour a cup of boiling water into the pot, pour in the sliced strawberries and sugar. Bring to a boil on high heat, then turn to a low heat to simmer. Remove the white foam floating on it as much as possible until the strawberry soup becomes thick and thick. Use a spoon to put some into the tea or yogurt to keep it thick. It’s ok if it doesn’t disperse like water immediately.
7.
Pour the boiled strawberry jam into a glass bottle prepared in advance, let it cool, and seal it with plastic wrap, and then close the lid to enhance the tightness of the bottle. Store in the refrigerator and take it as you eat. Generally, it can be stored for about 8 days.
8.
Pour the prepared yogurt into some quilts, and then scoop two spoons of strawberry jam. Stir it evenly. The taste is not worse than the one you bought. It is delicious and healthy.
Tips:
The container for making yogurt must be scalded clean and sterilized.
Put good yogurt in the refrigerator to taste better.
Our old and small tastes are sweeter, so I put more sugar. If you like the sour taste, you can put less sugar or no sugar when making yogurt. Because jam contains quite a lot of sugar. ❤
