1. Wash and dry fresh vine pepper with water
2. Put in a few star anise, but don’t put it
3. Heat the oil until it smokes, pour it into the green pepper
4. Keep boiling
5. Then soak for about three days. Remember to filter it when bottling, I didn’t filter it with a little black pepper
