Homemade Whipped Cream

To prepare the ingredients, vanilla extract can be used or not, I have done both ways with or without vanilla extract, and the effect is the same.

After soaking the gelatine tablets in cold water, try your best to dry the water and melt it with insulated water; if you use fish gelatin powder, add up to 10 grams;

Put powdered sugar and vanilla extract (optional) into the milk, and stir evenly with a whisk

After mixing the milk, put it in the refrigerator and put it in the refrigerator. Take it out and whipped evenly. Refrigerate for a little more than an hour. During this period, whipped about 3 times. The more whipped, the more stable the state after whipping.

Tips:
1. During the period of refrigerating milk, it is best to take it out and beat it once every 20 minutes.
2. The milk is best to use room temperature, if it is refrigerated milk, when pour into the gelatine solution, the gelatine will instantly solidify
3. Use isinglass powder, the amount is 10 grams, and the water for the powder is about 60 grams
