Homemade Yogurt

Raw materials: milk, yogurt powder

Pour boiling water into the bread bucket and blanch it

Pour the milk into the bread bucket

Then pour in the yogurt fungus powder

Place the bread bucket in the bread machine and start program 14 "yogurt/fermentation" for 8 hours

Tips:
I started fermenting the night before. When I got up the next day, I unplugged the toaster and put the yogurt in the refrigerator to passivate it and it was ready to eat.
