Homemade Yogurt

Prepare the ingredients for making yogurt.

Soak the cups (including lids) in the yogurt maker with boiling water for disinfection in advance.

Pour pure milk into a bowl that has been sterilized with boiling water, pour a little first, then pour in the yogurt starter, and stir well.

Then pour in the remaining pure milk and mix well.

Pour the well-stirred milk into the yogurt cup.

Then put the cups neatly into the yogurt machine.

Set the yogurt program, the time is 8 hours.

Check the state of the yogurt after 8 hours. The yogurt has become thick and the surface is solidified. Put it in the refrigerator for better flavor.
Tips:
1. The yogurt cup for making yogurt should be blanched with hot water before making yogurt. After cooling to room temperature, yogurt can be made.
2. The milk used to make yogurt must be at room temperature. It cannot be used to make yogurt directly from the refrigerator, otherwise it will easily lead to unsuccessful homemade yogurt.
3. Homemade yogurt is best to use starter to make yogurt primer, so that there are fewer additives and preservatives, and it is easy to succeed.
4. The prepared yogurt can be matched with honey, jam, oatmeal, cereals, and fruits.
5. Unfinished yogurt can be used to make bread and cakes, and it is also delicious.
