Homemade Yogurt

Prepare pure milk and yogurt starter.

Pour 500ml of milk first, then pour in the bacterial powder, and mix well.

Pour in another 500ml of milk and continue to stir evenly.

After stirring, cover the lid and ferment for 6-8 hours in spring and summer, and 10-12 hours in autumn and winter. Do not open the lid in the middle. After fermentation, the surface is as smooth as bean curd. Put it in the refrigerator and chill for about two hours before eating.

The made yogurt is like this, don't rush to eat it, the taste is not good at this time, close the lid. Put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours and take it out to taste the best.

Tips:
1. The freshly made yogurt is original, a bit sour, you can add some honey or jam to taste better. 2. The container must be blanched with boiling water, otherwise it is easy to have bacteria and cause the yogurt to fail.
