Homemade Yogurt

Prepare milk, yogurt starter. Scalding the fermented container with boiling water for 2 minutes is mainly for sterilization. My inner tank is ceramic. It doesn’t matter if it’s hot for a few minutes

Put a little milk first. Then pour in the powder and stir with a clean spoon. The spoon must also be blanched in boiling water

Add the remaining yogurt. Stir everything well

Put it in the yogurt machine

Activate the yogurt function. 10 hours

Take it out when time is up

Put it in a clean cup and put it in the refrigerator, it’s better
Tips:
The whole process requires boiling water to sterilize, so the yogurt produced in this way will not be affected by bacterial infection. All cups for yogurt must be blanched in boiling water. The activity of yogurt in three days is the best. More than three days will reduce the activity.
