Homemade Yogurt
1.
Prepare the ingredients. A pack of bacteria can ferment 1000ml of yogurt. Unfortunately, my family is timid and can only hold 750ml.
2.
Wipe the shell of the yogurt maker clean with a cloth, and wash the inner tank and the agitated material. Soak in boiling water for a few minutes to disinfect the bacteria
3.
Pour 40 degrees of boiling water into the yogurt machine
4.
First, get a bottle of milk in the inner gall, and put the bacteria powder into it
5.
Stir evenly until the bacterial powder is completely dissolved
6.
After entering the remaining two bottles of milk
7.
Keep stirring
8.
Put the lid on the inner tank and put it into the machine, plug it in until it solidifies
Tips:
1: If you don’t have a yogurt maker, you can also put it in a rice cooker, oven, bread maker, or milk warmer to ferment, as long as it has a heat preservation function. 2: Generally, 8 hours will be fine when the weather is warm, if it’s cold It takes 12 hours. 3: In summer when the weather is hot, you can also put it in the room for fermentation.
