Very convenient yogurt maker, thank you gourmet!
With people’s awareness of health and following the rules of healthy eating, yogurt has moved to more people’s tables. It is not only rich in a variety of probiotics that can regulate the intestines, but also has a calcium content that far exceeds that of milk. However, some yogurt fish eyes are mixed with beads on the market, and some room temperature shelf life is as long as dozens of days. Yogurt is fermented by beneficial bacteria and will become sour after fermentation. At room temperature, the bacteria will accelerate the fermentation. The bacteria are sour to death, but why doesn't the market yogurt become sour so quickly? In fact, the active bacteria in these yogurt are almost dead. In other words, what you drink is just a happy mouth, and it is of no use to the intestines. Homemade yogurt is simple and hygienic. I hope everyone can do it and enjoy the magical process of nurturing deliciousness while enjoying health.

Tips:

2. If you want thick yogurt, use whole milk
