Homemade Yogurt

Generally use 1000ml of milk + 1g of bacteria powder, I used 3 bottles of 330 here

Prepare a clean water-free and oil-free container, add sugar and bacterial powder to the milk and stir to melt

The yogurt cup needs to be steamed or boiled for 8 minutes to sterilize, and pour the mixed liquid into it.

According to the temperature, the yogurt machine can choose to ferment with warm water (cold weather) or without water (hot weather)

Close the lid, select 8 hours, start the program

After 8 hours, the yogurt will be ready. It is better to put it in the refrigerator and eat it with your favorite jam or oatmeal.
Tips:
1. To sterilize the yogurt cup, you can choose to boil for 8 minutes or steam for 8 minutes. Personally like steam sterilization, which is more hygienic
2. If you want thick yogurt, use whole milk
