Homemade Yogurt

Prepare materials, pure milk and yogurt fermentation bacteria;

Pour the milk into the inner tank, then pour the bacteria powder and sugar;

Stir well until completely digested;

Regular fermentation for 10 hours. If you like thicker acid, the fermentation time can be longer. The specific time can be controlled according to the molding state;

Put the prepared yogurt into cups and send it to relatives and friends;
6.
When eating, you can also DIY some dried fruits, fresh fruits, etc., don't have a taste~
Tips:
1. Clean the utensils and there should be no bacterial residues;
2. The temperature cannot be higher than 45° during production, otherwise it will kill the bacteria and cause the fermentation to fail.
3. The finished yogurt tastes best when sealed and refrigerated for 16 hours.
