Ingredients

Homemade Yogurt

1. Any brand of milk at home is fine.

2. Sugar.

3. This is bought online. (I used Baishengyou's, I think it's good)

4. The stainless steel bowl and scoop are blanched in boiling water for ten minutes.

5. Pour out the water and add the sugar.

6. Pour the milk and stir well.

7. Add the bacteria powder and stir evenly.

8. Put a little hot water in the yogurt maker. (It needs to be placed in cold weather, about 40 degrees)

9. Put the stainless steel bowl into the yogurt maker.

10. Cover the lid and ferment for 6-8 hours with electricity.

11. After the fermented yogurt is allowed to cool, put it in the refrigerator. (If you like to eat hot, you can eat it directly, but the Internet says that lactic acid bacteria within three to seven days is the best)

12. The refrigerated yogurt is more delicious with some oatmeal or fruit!

Tips:

1. If you don't add sugar, it will be very sour.
2. Try to eat the prepared yogurt within seven days.
3. The finished product is basically the amount of three people.
