Homemade Yogurt

Pour the milk into the milk pan.

Bring to a boil on a small fire, remove from the fire.

Let cool to about 40 degrees. It doesn't feel hot to touch with your fingers. Just feel warm. Add yogurt and mix well.

Pour into a container and seal.

Put the yogurt container into a large basin, add hot water of about 50-60 degrees to the basin, let it stand and ferment slowly, it takes about 6-7 hours, and remember to replace it when the water is cold.

After the yogurt has set, it can be stored in the refrigerator.
