Homemade Yogurt

Sterilize the milk tank and pour pure milk.

Pour the bacteria powder and stir.
3.
According to personal preference, add appropriate amount of sugar or not. The unsweetened one is naked yogurt.

Stir well.
5.
Pour boiling water into the yogurt maker (be careful not to exceed the boiling water mark).
6.
Place the milk jug in the insulation rack.
7.
Put on the heat-insulating cover.
8.
Let stand for eight hours.
9.
The yogurt is ready.
Tips:
The freshly made yogurt is warm, suitable for winter consumption, put it in the refrigerator, and taste better.
