Homemade Yogurt
1.
Sterilize. Put the liner of the yogurt maker in a pot and boil for a while, then simmer for a few minutes (I sterilized the yogurt bottle and the blender together)
2.
After the yogurt machine is sterilized, drain the water, add pure milk (the amount of milk is determined according to the instructions of the bacterial powder, I used three packs of milk), sugar (according to personal taste, I don't like too sweet), bacterial powder, and stir well. (Don't be lazy, stir for a while, at least 2 or 3 minutes, the yogurt made by mixing unevenly will have granular shape)
3.
Ferment. Plug in the yogurt machine and ferment for 12 hours (fermentation time can vary according to the temperature, I need to ferment for 12 hours in winter, and there will be less time in summer. You can open it to see, if you see that the yogurt is no longer in liquid, it can be condensed Up)
4.
Bottle it and put it in the refrigerator.
