Homemade Yogurt

Pour the milk into the cleaned pot (no oil is allowed), heat it to 38-40 degrees and turn off the heat, and the maximum should not exceed 42 degrees;

The yogurt cup is blanched with boiling water and left to warm. One is to disinfect the cup, and the other is to heat the cup to shorten the fermentation time and the fermentation effect is also good. Use a cup to pour a small amount of warm milk into the baking powder;

Pour the rinsed yeast powder into the milk pot and stir well, then pour it into the cup, don’t fill it up, leave 1cm to cover the lid;

Close the lid and put in the yogurt machine;

Set the time to 14 hours, put it in a place with sunlight, or if the indoor temperature is high, it will be done two or three hours in advance;

The plain yogurt is ready, put it in the refrigerator to eat at any time;

Add some honey to make it less sour, you can also add fresh fruit pieces;
