Homemade Yogurt

Prepare pure milk and lactic acid bacteria.

The yogurt cup, as well as the container and spoon used for stirring, are all sterilized by scalding with boiling water.

Pour pure milk into a large basin, add a small packet of lactic acid bacteria, and stir gently.

The stirred milk is poured into small glasses one by one. My yogurt maker is equipped with 7 small glasses.

Add a little warm water to the yogurt maker, and then put the glass in it.

Close the lid and power on for 8-10 hours.

Add fruit or sugar water, it's delicious!
Tips:
Do the following to ensure that you can make delicious yogurt that is rich, smooth and tender:
1. Containers that come into contact must be scalded and disinfected with boiling water first.
2. Prepare the corresponding amount of pure milk according to the capacity of the yogurt machine.
3. Add a small amount of warm water to the yogurt machine, about 40 degrees, just below the bottom, so that the heating will be more even.
4. Power on for 8-10 hours. If the time is too short, it will not be easy to form. If it is too long, it will be too sour and the taste will not be good.
5. I can't eat plain yogurt, and it tastes sour with honey. Personally, I think it's best to add white sugar water!
