Homemade Yogurt

Pour in pure milk (I chose a bag of milk)

Add bacteria powder

Add powdered sugar (a small amount) and mix well

Pour in the remaining milk and continue to stir evenly

Put in the yogurt machine and power on, 6-8 hours in summer is enough (usually 10-12 hours in winter)

After fermentation, put it in the refrigerator to passivate and taste better, and it is more convenient to eat in yogurt bottles.
