Homemade Yogurt
1.
Prepare raw materials: pure milk, yogurt bacteria.
2.
Boil water in the pot, scald the yogurt bucket and upper cover of the yogurt machine with boiling water for disinfection.
3.
Pour a bag of pure milk into the yogurt bucket.
4.
Pour the yogurt bacteria into the milk.
5.
Pour the remaining two bags of milk into the yogurt bucket and mix well.
6.
Put the yogurt bucket into the yogurt machine
7.
Plug in the power supply and wait patiently for 8 hours.
Tips:
1 small bag of yogurt bacteria can make 4 bags of pure milk, I used 3 bags of pure milk, because the prepared yogurt must be eaten within 2.3 days before it will affect the activity of the probiotics.
