Homemade Yogurt

Take out the inner container of the yogurt maker, scald with boiling water, disinfect and sterilize it, so that the inner container does not have any residual water

Add 1 packet of lactic acid bacteria to the inner pot of the yogurt maker

Pour 500g of pure milk and mix well

Put the inner bladder into the yogurt main unit, turn on the power, and ferment for about 10 hours

When the yogurt is solidified, add 3 tablespoons of sugar or honey and mix well

The pudding bottle is cleaned with boiling water in advance to remove the water. Put the yogurt in the pudding bottle, refrigerate and add fruit for consumption
