Homemade Yogurt
1.
Blanch the cup or other container containing the yogurt with boiling water. Put cold water into the pot and boil the cup, remove and drain the water.
2.
Measure the sugar and pour it into the pot. (Boil the pot of the cup, pour out the water and drain, it can be used to mix milk.)
3.
Pour in pure milk.
4.
Pour in whipped cream.
5.
Pour the bacteria powder.
6.
Chopsticks or spoons blanched in boiling water, mix well.
7.
Put it into the cup and cover it.
8.
Put it into the oven to ferment for 10 hours. The prepared yogurt tastes better immediately or after being refrigerated, and it is more delicious by adding your favorite fruits.
Tips:
1. All containers or tools in contact with milk liquid must be scalded with boiling water.
2. The cup should preferably be poured into the pot with cold water, so that the cup will not crack easily after preheating.
3. The fermentation time is 8 hours without whipped cream. With whipped cream, it will not be sour after the time, and it will be thicker and full of milk flavor.
4. You can add some fruits to the prepared yogurt, and the flavor will be better when stored in cold storage.
