Homemade Yogurt

Prepare materials. Take out the bacterial powder from the refrigerator 15 minutes in advance to warm up.

Sterilize the yogurt bottle in a pot of boiling water for a few minutes, then drain the water.

A large bowl of boiling water is scalded and disinfected, the milk and the bacterial powder are mixed and stirred evenly, and then let stand for 5 minutes and then stir fully.

Dispense them into yogurt bottles and close the caps.

Put it into the yogurt machine and ferment for 8 hours with electricity.

After the fermented yogurt is cooled, put it in the refrigerator for storage.
Tips:
1. Sterilize milk bottles and milk-stirring containers with boiling water.
2. After the yogurt is refrigerated in the refrigerator, the flavor is better.
3. Homemade drinks have a short shelf life, so consume them as soon as possible.
4. If you like sweet yogurt, you can add an appropriate amount of sugar when mixing the milk with the powder.
