Homemade Yogurt
1.
Sterilize the containers, spoons and lids that are in direct contact with milk with boiling water (soak for at least 2 minutes, no water and no oil).
2.
Add 1g of yogurt starter to 250ml of pure milk and stir slowly until the yogurt starter melts.
3.
Pour the remaining 750ml pure milk into the container and mix well.
4.
Put it into the yogurt maker, close the lid, plug in the power source, and it will be ready in 10 hours.
5.
The prepared yogurt is still warm and sour. Just add appropriate sugar to taste, mix well, and put it in the refrigerator after the sugar melts.
6.
It can also be bottled and stored for easy consumption.
Tips:
1. The amount of sugar can be more or less, please add according to your own preferences.
2. After the yogurt is made, let the temperature cool down and put it in the refrigerator for better taste.
