Homemade Yogurt

Prepare the materials and scald the yogurt container with boiling water to kill bacteria.

Take a box of milk and pour half of it into a basin, put an appropriate amount of sugar and heat it to dissolve the sugar in the milk, and set it aside for later use.

Pour the remaining half a box of milk into the fermented yogurt bowl, add half a packet (0.5g) of Chuanxiu Lactobacillus and mix well.

Pour the pure milk with sugar before refilling and mix it evenly.

Close the lid and plug in the power source. Wait. . . . . . It takes eight to twelve hours. I usually do it at nine o'clock in the evening and do it around seven in the morning the next morning.
