Homemade Yogurt

Pour the milk into the yogurt maker container and add half a pack of yogurt starter.

Mix and stir well.

Add a little warm water of about 40 degrees into the yogurt machine, and wash and disinfect the inner pot with boiling water.

Put the stirred milk into the yogurt machine.

Connect the yogurt maker to the power source.

Unplug the power when you are 8-10 hours old, and the prepared yogurt can be solidified. Before eating, add sugar or honey, jam, condensed milk, dried fruits, etc. according to personal preference.
Tips:
1. Making your own yogurt requires some ready-made yogurt as a primer. The ratio of yogurt to milk is roughly 1:4. Pay attention to choosing yogurt without thickeners.
2. The container of fermented yogurt is best to use a sealed glass container, and it should be water-free and oil-free. It is best to boil it with boiling water in advance.
3. It is best to put it in a warm place during fermentation. If it is in the north of the country, put it on a radiator, and put it in the quilt in the south.
4. The prepared yogurt should be whey-free, white and sticky
