Homemade Yogurt

Clean the inner tank of the yogurt machine. It should be scalded with boiling water. It is best to boil and disinfect.

Pour a small portion of the milk first, so that it won’t stick to the bottom when the fermenting bacteria are added for a while.

Pour in the fermented bacteria and stir with a clean spoon to let the fermented bacteria blend into the milk.

Then pour in all the remaining milk.

Cover it, turn on the power, the yogurt maker will work automatically, and the yogurt maker is set to an automatic constant temperature.

The milk will solidify after twelve hours. I usually make it the night before. The yogurt will be made the next morning. After the yogurt has cooled, it must be placed in the refrigerator.

Take it out of the refrigerator when eating. If you can’t eat too cold, you can take out a portion, put it indoors to reheat, adjust it to honey, add your favorite fruits, you can enjoy the delicious food!
Tips:
The prepared yogurt should be kept in the refrigerator, and it is best to eat it in two to three days.
