Homemade Yogurt

The prepared yogurt is shown in the picture~

Prepare ingredients: 450ml pure milk, 100ml Guanyi milk yogurt, 40g fine sugar.

Pour pure milk into the measuring cup, add fine sugar and stir well.

Add Guanyi Milk Yogurt to pure milk and mix well.

Sieve three times, which cannot be omitted.

The glass container can be cleaned and sterilized at high temperature and can be steamed or boiled. Pour the milk liquid into the glass container and close the lid.

Put the glass container with milk in the Korean Kuchen rice cooker and add pure water as shown in the picture.

Select the yogurt mode and turn it on.

The fermentation time is 8 hours.

The delicious yogurt is ready! Open the lid and tilt it to see if it flows.

Take out the yogurt and put it in the refrigerator. Before eating, you can pair it with your favorite fruit biscuits, which is a very good afternoon tea.
Tips:
1. Pure milk should have a high protein content, which is 3.0 per 100 grams.
2. I use Guanyi Milk for yogurt, if you choose other brands, you can also.
3. Homemade yogurt has a short shelf life and should be consumed as soon as possible.
4. I use the Korean Cool Morning Rice Cooker. If your rice cooker does not have yogurt mode, you can add 40°C water to the pot, cover it and let it sit for eight hours (provided that the room temperature reaches 22°C), the fermentation time will be extended in winter some.
