Homemade Yogurt

Prepare 2 bags of pure milk.

Sterilize the glass bottle, boil the bottle with hot water, soak the plastic cover in warm water, take it out and let it dry naturally.

The measuring cup should also be disinfected with hot water, dried, and put in sugar.

Add bacterial powder.

Add milk and mix well (disinfect the mixer in advance).

Divide into small bottles (I divided 5 bottles of about 100 liquids).

Put it in the bread machine.

Press the yogurt button, automatically timing, I will be fine in 6 hours.

Tips:
1. The tools needed in the production process must be disinfected, and there must be no oil, and no contact with raw water.
2. To use pure milk, full fat, or skim, according to your preference.
3. There are many kinds of bacteria powder. According to my own situation, I use ten bacteria.
4. Like the original flavor, don't like the sweet, sugar can be omitted.
