Homemade Yogurt

Prepare pure milk and yogurt fungus powder. Use whole milk for pure milk, and yogurt made from skim milk will be runny. There are many kinds of yogurt bacteria powder, I think they are all the same, this time I used Bifidobacterium.

The inner gear of the yogurt machine is disinfected with boiling water.

Put half of the milk in the sterilized inner stall first.

Add the bacteria powder and mix well.

Add the remaining milk.

Close the lid of the inner gear of the yogurt maker and put it in the yogurt maker.

Add appropriate amount of warm water to the yogurt maker.

Power on and ferment for ten hours.

Fermented yogurt, self-fermented yogurt is still quite thick, just like tofu.

Wash the kiwi fruit and slice it.
