Homemade Yogurt

Prepare a small bottle of old yogurt (used to replace bacterial powder), a bottle of 1L pure milk

Pour the old yogurt and pure milk together and stir evenly, put it into the yogurt machine to ferment for about 12 hours (even if it is usually plugged in at 6 or 7 in the evening, it will be ok to get up the next morning)

After about 12 hours of fermentation, the yogurt has been successfully prepared after the power is turned off (I personally feel that the taste is not very good when it is just made, in order to have a better taste, put it in the refrigerator for five or six hours before eating)

After refrigerating, you can add honey or jam (add it according to your taste preference), or turn your favorite diced fruit into a delicious fruit yogurt.
Tips:
It must be fermented for a long enough time, too short yogurt will not form
