I just use ordinary pure milk

Blanch the container with boiling water for one minute to control the moisture

Stir the other milk evenly after entering

Put in the oven

Use the fermentation function to adjust the temperature to 40° and set the time for 9 hours

The thick yogurt is ready

Dispense them in sterile small bottles and keep them in the refrigerator for better flavor.
Tips:
It is best to refrigerate for no more than three days in summer and 5 to 7 days in winter.
