Homemade Yogurt

Heat the container and chopsticks for stirring in boiling water. (If the container is dry, you can use it directly or rinse it with boiling water).

Milk can be added directly after the container is heated.

Add half a bag of bacterial powder.

Stir well. The foam of a good milk blend will disappear faster.

Close the lid and put in the yogurt maker.

The timing is 9h.

The freshly made yogurt is in the shape of tofu brains. The taste will be thicker after 8 hours of refrigeration. It is suitable to eat hot yogurt just out of the pot in winter~
Tips:
Pure milk is very good, different brands have differences, you can try to choose the best.
It is normal for the fermented yogurt to have a sour taste, you can add some honey. If it is too acidic, it means that the fermentation time is too long.
If you use yogurt as a primer, the fermentation time should be shorter.
