Homemade Yogurt

Prepare milk, yogurt fermentation bacteria, sugar (I didn't add sugar when I made it), and scald the stew pot, milk bowl, and spoon with freshly boiled boiling water two or three times.

Pour a small amount of milk in the basin

Pour the yogurt fermentation bacteria

Stir with a spoon to dissolve all the fermenting bacteria in the milk

Then pour in the remaining milk and stir a few times

Pour the milk into the stew pot

Cover the lid, add an appropriate amount of water at 45 degrees into the machine, and put the stew pot into it

Select the yogurt stall, the machine will display for 9 hours

When the time is up, take the stew cup out, and it's time to eat. However, it’s more delicious after being put in the refrigerator and stewed
Tips:
The production method is very simple, you can use an electric stew pot (of course, if your stew cup has a yogurt button), you can use a bread machine (now many brands of bread machines have yogurt function), you can also use a yogurt machine~~~~ ~, as long as you have the right temperature, you can only make it. I have done it N times and never failed. If you fail to make yogurt, the container may not have been blanched at high temperature, the yogurt starter may have failed, or the temperature may not meet the standard.
