Homemade Yogurt and Yogurt Fancy Eating Method

Tips:
1. The milk container must be rinsed several times with boiling water, scalded and cleaned, this is to disinfect and avoid mixing bacteria;
2. If the yogurt fermentation bacteria powder is taken out from the freezer compartment of the refrigerator, it must be placed at room temperature for more than 15 minutes in advance to allow the fermentation bacteria to recover their activity;
3. It is enough to ferment the milk until the milk coagulates, the longer it takes, the more sour it will be;
4. White granulated sugar can also be added according to personal preference after the yogurt is ready, or add other foods that you like without adding sugar;
5. After the yogurt is ready, it can be eaten immediately, and the flavor will be better after storing in the refrigerator.
