Homemade Yogurt (bread Machine Makes Delicious Yogurt)

Material: 1 liter of pure milk, 40 grams of white sugar, 1 gram of yogurt fermentation bacteria (bag)

Add white sugar and yogurt yeast. (The amount of white sugar can be adjusted by yourself)

Put in pure milk. (The milk must be placed at the temperature first)

Choose the bread machine yogurt program, the time is 8 hours. (8-10 hours is fine)

Tips:
1. Each sachet can ferment 1L of yogurt, and the yogurt yeast must be used up once after opening.
2. The refrigerated yogurt in the refrigerator should be placed at room temperature before the yogurt bacteria are connected. Do not use bulk milk or milk with excessive antibiotics.
3. Do not shake or frequently open the lid of the bread maker during the fermentation process.
4. If it is put into a yogurt cup, the yogurt cup should be disinfected with boiling water, and then inverted and dried naturally.
