Homemade Yogurt (bread Machine Version)

Two generations of pure milk, about 500g of bifidobacteria, buy it and freeze it in the refrigerator to prevent it from failing. A small bag is only 1g. It seems that it is very magical that it is rarely made into yogurt.

Boil the water to scald the inside of the bread machine and scald the stirring spoon to prevent other bacteria from affecting the fermentation of yogurt bacteria. Put all the milk in it and sprinkle the bifidobacteria evenly. Stir evenly with a spoon.

Adjust the bread machine to yogurt. The 17 of my bread machine is yogurt. The bread machine shows the fermentation time for 7 hours. How to find that the yogurt bacteria are fermented normally. After half an hour, open the bread machine and there will be a yogurt taste. It's a success when it arrives

When the time is up, take the yogurt out and put it in a bottle with a sealed lid. It is best not to exceed 3 days. I eat it in 3 days. This is what I eat with fruit and sugar. It is very delicious.
Tips:
Before making the yogurt, the utensils should be blanched with boiling water to prevent the bacteria. After the yogurt is made, the yogurt is thick and a bit brushed. Put some sugar and eat it. The taste will be better than the supermarket sells. My baby also loves to eat it.
