Homemade Yogurt in Bread Maker

Because the yogurt cup is just bought, it is a bit more troublesome to disinfect. First rinse with cold water, then boil a pot of hot water in the pot, and put the cups in order. My pot is relatively small, I can only hold five at a time, so I cooked it twice, each time for four minutes. Then use tools to take out the cup and place it in a drain pan that has been disinfected with boiling water. The lid of the yogurt cup should also be blanched with hot water.

Some time ago, other people gave Yili full-fat pure milk. I didn’t drink full-fat for weight loss. Zhu Zhu didn’t like to drink pure milk, so he made yogurt decisively and let him solve it. Because my family doesn't like sweets, I put a little sugar in it. Put two small spoons of sugar into a basin that has been sterilized with boiling water, and then pour the yogurt fermentation bacteria, 250ml per box of milk, directly take four boxes, pour one box first, stir evenly with sterilized chopsticks or spoons, and then in turn Pour in the remaining milk.

You can stir every time you pour a bag of milk to make the fermentation bacteria more even. After pouring, stir gently, because I put very little sugar, so it has completely dissolved. Pouring this kind of bagged milk is sometimes easier to spill. You can cut a small hole at the end when pouring. As long as it is ventilated, the milk will flow out particularly easily, and it will not be aerated or spilled.

Use a convenient tool to put the well-mixed milk into a sterilized and dried yogurt cup one by one. The tools should also be scalded and disinfected with boiling water. My yogurt cup is 100ml, which happens to contain ten cups.

Because my bread machine is relatively small, it can only hold 8 bottles. After placing it, press the yogurt mode, and it will be ready for 8 hours. I saw someone using a rice cooker to make yogurt, and simply put the remaining two bottles in the rice cooker.

But because the temperature inside the yogurt in the rice cooker was too high, the yogurt bacteria was alive and hot...so the dog brought it...

The first time I went to the menu, I had no experience, so I didn’t have any photos. The yogurt is best left to cool at room temperature for a while and put it in the refrigerator. Zhu Zhu came back in the evening, opened a bottle of yogurt, added some honey and blueberry sauce, it tasted great!
Tips:
1. Don't put too much sugar. It is not good to eat too much sugar. You can add some honey when you eat it after it is done. Honey can taste and is good for your body. 2. When pouring milk in a bag, you can cut a small hole at the end, which is more convenient.
