Homemade Yogurt (milk Powder Version)

Disinfect the yogurt making utensils

Put milk powder

Add warm water to make 1000ml milk

When the milk cools to about 40°, add the bacteria powder

Stir well

Put the lid on the yogurt machine and work for 12 hours

After the work is completed, put it directly in the refrigerator for 24 hours

Apple Dice

Soak the raisins in water for a few minutes

Remove and drain the water

Take appropriate amount of yogurt into a small bowl

Add apple diced, raisins, if you like sweeter, you can also add appropriate amount of sugar
Tips:
1. The utensils for making yogurt must be disinfected
2. Try not to move the yogurt during the production process, otherwise it will affect its freezing
