Mellow Milk Tea

Measure out the Qimen black tea, milk powder, rock sugar, bamboo salt and purified water separately. Take out a pack of milk.

After the water is boiled, add the black tea and boil it on low heat for 5 minutes. The tea soup becomes very red and bright.

Add rock sugar, bamboo salt, and milk powder to dissolve, then pour in the milk, turn to medium heat and cook while stirring. Turn off the heat immediately after boiling.

Use a mesh sieve to filter out the tea leaves into a heat preservation pot~slowly enjoy.
Tips:
After the milk tea is boiled, immediately turn off the heat to filter out the tea, and the bitter and astringent taste of the tea will come out and become no longer mellow after too long.
