Cranberry Peanut Nougat

Cut the butter into small pieces, put it in a frying pan, and fry on low heat to melt the butter into a liquid

After the butter has melted, put in the marshmallows, heat on a low heat, and stir slowly to let the marshmallows and butter fuse

Boil for a while, observe the state of the marshmallows, wait until the syrup is completely melted and the lines can be observed

Add the milk powder and stir slowly to let the milk powder and syrup fuse

Add the chopped dried cranberries and chopped peanuts, stir well, turn off the heat

Put the syrup into the mold, wait for the syrup to cool slightly, roll it out evenly with a rolling pin, put it in the refrigerator and freeze for about an hour

Take out the frozen nougat and cut into even pieces

Cut horizontally and vertically, cut into small pieces

Wrap the chunks of nougat in glutinous rice paper, then wrap it in candy paper.
Tips:
1. If you don't have a nougat mold, you can use a square baking pan or reshape it by hand. Anyway, the shape is not uniform and the taste is still the same. 2. The heating process must be low fire, otherwise it will be burnt easily
