Homemade Yogurt with Honey
1.
The inside and outside of the yogurt box is sterilized with boiling water. Let cool.
2.
1 liter of pure milk. 1 liter bought directly. No need to disassemble 4 boxes of 250ml.
3.
Pour a little milk and add 25 grams of sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
4.
Then add the yogurt starter.
5.
There is very little starter. There is only a little bit of 1 gram per pack. Stir well. Don't let the starter clump.
6.
Pour in the remaining pure milk. Stir a few times. Close the lid.
7.
Pour a little water in the yogurt maker.
8.
Put the milk in. The water just flooded the lid. Submerged.
9.
Plug in. Generally, yogurt is relatively thin when fermented for 6 hours. 8-hour yogurt is old yogurt.
10.
Pick it up and watch it 8 hours in the morning. Clotted. Not rare.

Tips:
Many times I didn't add sugar during fermentation, but I added honey or jam when I ate it directly at the end. If you like the original flavor, you can add sugar first. It doesn’t make any difference if you don’t eat the original flavor.
